We like to make church a fun place! Keep up-to-date with our events, such as spontaneous hikes, by joining our Facebook page.
At Grace Life, we like to have fun! Several big events are held every year to show that church is a fun place to be.
In 2017, we volunteered as Rose Parade grandstand ushers. We were able to help people, watch the famous parade, and best of all, we raised money for our church’s missions fund.
Easter Sunday is a big day for us, full of food, fellowship, and special activities after church.
In May, we have a celebration at church for Mother’s Day.
Every Father’s Day, we do something special for all the fathers in our congregation.
Children, teenagers, and several adults head off to SEP So Cal, the one-week summer camp for ages 8-17, which many 18+ members of our church also serve on staff for. Usually in July or August, we also have a teen/young adult mission trip.
We say goodbye to the summer with an annual church day at the beach or park, having our church service out in the public, and then following it with games, such as our annual donut-eating contest.
The Sunday before Thanksgiving, we have a special Thanksgiving service, with a bigger-than-normal potluck, along with some games or a talent show.
On the second Sunday of the month, we have a special Christmas service – our most attended day of the year! Everyone looks forward not only to the Christmas service, which involves Christmas songs and nativity costumes, but also to the large potluck and the games or performances after the service.
